Marc leads the creative and conceptual elements of all Impello projects, working closely with the core team, clients and suppliers. Embracing Photography as a hobby, Marc's sense of composition is unsullied, capturing a unique and fresh glimpse of his surroundings.
When not working Marc is either volunteering with Big Brother Big Sisters, raising money and support for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, training for one of his many marathon or triathlon events, or as an active Ironman Calgary committee member.

Marco Pringle graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design after completing foundation year studies at New Zealand's Whitecliffe College of Art and Design. After spending several years working with both design consultancies and in-house design teams, even heading up the design department of an engineering and product development firm, Marco didn't hesitate when invited to join the dynamic team at Impello.
Currently, Marco works closely with the Impello core team in the implementation and realization of the team's creative direction. This can often include information architecture, user experience, database design, and 3rd party API integration in addition the usual front- and backend buildout. His experience helps you make sense of the alphabet soup of web technology acronyms.
Marco has scaled back his action sports participation due to an uncanny predisposition for falling on his head, but remains an ardent cyclist. He also volunteers and hosts a show for Calgary's campus and community radio station, CJSW.

Julie Arnold holds a Bachelor of Applied Communications from Manukau Insitute of Technology (Auckland, New Zealand) and brings marketing & communications experience from her education and work experience in New Zealand and Canada to her role as Account Executive at Impello. As the day-to-day point of contact with the team, Julie is the administration lead on projects. From involvement in strategic and scope planning at project initiation, to the end deliverables upon project completion, Julie facilitates the coordination, administration and management of various aspects of a project to ensure work is completed on time and within scope.
From New Zealand, but born in Canada, Julie returned to Canada in 2007 after living in Spain for a year. As a result Julie speaks 3 languages; conversational Spanish, and is fluent in both North American - English and New Zealand - English (which is technically just an accent, but sounds like she is speaking another language at times). Bringing the female-touch to the office, Julie is the only female on the team but that doesn't stop her from participating in the equal-opportunity 'Mo-vember' mustache-growing competition!

While most days are quiet in the design industry, every once in a while things can get out of hand. A rough day in the mock-up room, a server goes down, fax machine jams...whatever - that's when you need someone with a cool head on the team. It's just all in a days work for Dezzy. With sly eyes, she keeps a low profile doing her daily rounds under the desks... checking things out, seeing who's who and what's what. You never know what creative opportunity might have fallen between the cracks. Whatever it is, Dezzy is sure to sniff it out, chew on it for a while, and let you know what she thinks.
